Shipping Policy
We ship out your orders within 4 days from the order date unless otherwise stated on our top notification bar. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Please make sure to apply the correct shipping address and if by mistake, the shipping address placed is incorrect notify immediately.

If we have trouble verifying your shipping address your order may be delayed 24 - 48 hours. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take up to an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is essential to Noura Ashley. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund within 15 days from your purchase date given you meet our return policy requirements.

To be eligible for a return the product of return must be in the same condition that you received it, be unworn, unused, unwashed, have tags attached to it. Shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
